Director

Michael “Mike” C. Galla is a Director at Q10 iCap Realty Advisors where his responsibilities include debt and equity joint venture production. Mike strives to learn the priorities and motivations of a client and find the capital source solution that best addresses those needs. He understands that the easiest deal is not always the best one for the client.

Mike joined Q10 iCap Realty in 2012 and focuses on multi-family, retail, and mixed-use property transactions.

Prior to joining iCap, Mike developed his knowledge and experience in commercial real estate finance through his previous positions:

  • Vista Realty Partners – Vice President of Acquisitions and Finance
  • Primary Capital Advisors (now JLL Real Estate Investment Banking) – Promoted to originator after beginning as an underwriter on a range of commercial real estate transactions.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Miami University.
